Before a card is issued
The intended process is application review, an approval decision, accepted membership terms, any approved fee and verified payment, then activation. A receipt or enquiry alone does not create membership.
Card and QR scope
A future card should link to the responsible active-membership register. A QR graphic alone is not proof. The approved card format, validity, renewal and withdrawal rules remain pending.
Access and privacy
Member access must use a configured secure account. Private application and payment records must not be encoded in a QR or placed in a public profile.
